We want you to love your Kulfi products, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
